They were very friendly and helpful! They explained everything and got to the root of the problem and solved it.

He did his job, but while having me run the kitchen sink and keeping an eye there so it didn't overflow, he was outside at the clean out and allowed the bathroom to flood. When he realized it, he brought in the wet vacuum to such up the water. He then told me what happened, but said I've mat was just damp when it was totally soaked. The water also got into the HVAC register that in the floor. The bad odor everything the heat comes on is making me sick. I do still like this company, based on their web site, just not sure about this technician.

I have this sewage and water line insurance and this is the first time I used it. It was great. The time to come and solve my sewage backup wss short and the service was really week done.

Zona plumbing did an excellent job... The crew that came out for several days were respectful knowledgeable answered the questions I had. If I have issues down the road which I hope I don't I sure hope they are the ones that would come out again. Thank you
