When I called to tell you I had a clogged Kitchen drain, someone wrote it down I had a clogged sewer drain, even though I kept tell the plumber from Lanco that it was my kitchen drain he kept snaking my outside drain for 2 hours. They were suppose to call me the next day and let me know what was going on, no call. So I called your line again and when I explained what was going on the gentleman said he was so sorry and told me what had happened, and that a different plumber would be calling me in a hr. or so. Then I got a call from Solid plumbing but they couldn't get out until 1 and a half days later. Then when my time when they were suppose to come, had come and gone, I called and said hey what's going on, the lady told me you all had canceled the call. So I said look I had been without a kitchen sink for almost a week and I was calling you all. Well all of a sudden they could be here in 15 minutes, and it took the plumber 10 minutes to unclog my drain. So Lanco I would not use them they don't have a good rep in Lawton, but I was taken care of by Solid. They you, Pat B.
