The representative I spoke with on the phone was clueless. She kept putting me on hold to figure out the answers to my questions. I’m not sure if she was having to ask somebody else. At one point I asked her to just put someone else on the phone so that I could get the answers to my questions. She never did. I was never given the answer to my question.

They were very friendly and helpful! They explained everything and got to the root of the problem and solved it.

He did his job, but while having me run the kitchen sink and keeping an eye there so it didn't overflow, he was outside at the clean out and allowed the bathroom to flood. When he realized it, he brought in the wet vacuum to such up the water. He then told me what happened, but said I've mat was just damp when it was totally soaked. The water also got into the HVAC register that in the floor. The bad odor everything the heat comes on is making me sick. I do still like this company, based on their web site, just not sure about this technician.

Excellent response time and problem fixed quickly. Now I have water & can sleep good knowing things are back to normal.
