This is the ONLY place I trust to service my 2008 Saturn Astra. I won't even take my vehicle to Carl Black Buick, a certified GM service station for Saturn, anymore where I used to go for years before discovering Service Street. Every visit to Service Street, including today's, no matter what needs to be done for my vehicle and no matter how much the cost, is a comparatively fast, easy, painless and pleasant experience. The staff are very knowledgeable about my Saturn and Saturn vehicles in general. I have never had any vehicle serviced anywhere else that I could offer such praise. I am always so happy and grateful I found Service Street. Thank You!

Great experience as always. The front desk is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make the right recommendations without being pushy. I also like the value of the oil change packages. I’m going to need them anyway so why not buy a few up front and save in the long run? My only “negative” feedback is the online booking experience. I have a Telluride and an Escape and neither are listed as options. I could understand if a 1972 Peugeot wasn’t in the list but these are current and popular models. I’d advise whoever owns the management of your site to refresh it. It doesn’t impact my decision to business with you but it may deter others.

I just want to say this place has a WONDERFUL group of men who work there it don’t matter who you speak with all polite , caring and just outright good people !! JACK , Dave and also the manager are outstanding men they’re family should be proud of all of them they helped me and my family get our only car fixed in a timely manner they solved my problem and helped us get back on the road this will now forever be a place where my family comes to for help on our vehicles!! Couldn’t be more happier !!!!!!!!!

Quick and efficient, they let me know about any other observed issues, and tried to set me up with a good price. However, the only issue I have and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is my car was returned to me smelling like cigarettes.

I came in for some honest advice on a new truck I bought. Its riding rough and the staff helped me figure out its flat spots on the tires from the truck sitting on the dealers lot for as long as it did. They didnt charge me for time or effort and just gave me real and helpful advice. I'd come back in a heartbeat because they do business like some others dont- honestly.
