Great customer service. The lady we deal with is wonderful

It was very quick to get an appointment made. When I noticed that they had forgotten to do my tire rotation (which given the holiday season and short staffing was totally understandable, mistakes happen) they immediately rectified it. They were incredibly polite and professional.

We were greeted by Brenna who was very friendly with an awesome personality which is certainly appreciated in Customer Service. Initially the visit to Service Street was for an Oil Change. However, prior to walking in to Service Street we had visited the Dealership and also another company regarding the issue of my vehicle pulling to the left and slight vibration at higher speeds. Both businesses said I needed new tires (4), so I received quote's. It was also mentioned that we would need to take the vehicle for an Alignment once tires were mounted. Of course with this type of expense, my husband & I wanted to think things over, but needed to get the oil changed. The issues with the vehicle were mentioned to Josh (General Manager), he then informed us that they also sell tires, take care of all the additional services involved with new tires including alignment. Josh, along with Eddie (Regional Manager), were great in reviewing & explaining the three brand names of tires, their specs and other details; for which we had already received quotes for. Not only did Service Street match the price of the best quote already received for tires, but honored coupons for a couple other services needed. Helpful, informative, and accommodating which is very much appreciated. Thank You Service Street!

As normal, everybody was very polite but when I arrived, I was told it would be between 45 minutes and an hour, and it took almost 2 hours. And then at the beginning, I specifically asked if my washer fluid would be filled. I was told yes, it was not filled so it’s frustrating that the communication doesn’t line up with the actions.

I always trust Service Street to provide an honest service and efficient work for me. They have done that consistently over the years I have used them!!

Excellent service

That is the best car repair and assessment for cars! They are thorough, well connected for parts, have knowledgeable employees and rapid for completion of service. The management allows fair trade. Why go any place else?

The lady at the desk, & mechanic, who wk’d on my car for this 1st visit was excellent. In person communications great. However the online/computer programs need to be revised for accuracy &/or updated. For ex: online changed my appt time, which had never been changed. Online also, put wrong name to my Service acct. She told me they are updating their computer programs. Aside from “IT” issues, this 1st vs was great! I’ll be back. Thank you!

It was very helpful

I don’t remember the service representative who assisted me, but I do know that there were two of them one I thought had the name of like a rifle or something like that. However, both were courteous, kind, cheerful thorough and they actually listened which is very unusual nowadays.
