These young men really do put their hearts into what they are doing. You can tell they are not just doing things to get done with the job so you can leave them alone. They put in their time and thoughts and are good on communication; letting you know where they are at as they proceed with the job. They are very approachable, humble, intelligent about it all yet clear, concise and firm. It was my first time there had no idea they are inside there in Southlands. The place is worth the time and money. They do alot of things. I would recommend them over and over

I scheduled a simple oil change and tire rotation at 8a. I arrived at 815a and stated to have have vehicle ready by 10a because I had client appointments. Well my vehicle was ready until 11a. I had to make other ride arrangements just made it inconvenient.

Joel and Brendan were a BIG help working through a long list of things our car needed. They helped us prioritize the work and then made sure it was done on time as we were leaving on a road trip a short time after. Joel went above and beyond and road tested the car for more than 10 miles as the SUV had a shimmy in the front end at 70 mph and he wanted to be sure the issue was fixed and it would be safe. We can’t say enough about the amazing team at Service Street Southlands. Fantastic job Joel! Thanks again for your help and patience. We will be loyal customers for a very long time to come!

Was my 1st visit & I was very Pleased with Service Street!!!

Please note,I just picked up my car so I am assuming that everything done is to the perfection I expect. I need to drive it now to feel confident.I had to have my car towed to SS on Saturday afternoon with an unexpected major oil cooler problem. From the get go, Brendan was extremely polite, professional and shared all details of every step of what they were doing. First thing Monday morning, he called with details of the problem and what the cost would be to fix it! Brendan and his technician Davis, were fantastic.
