SS did a complimentary test of my vehicle’s electrical system and it showed the alternator was faulty. Called the dealership but they couldn’t replace because the proper alternator was on back order. So Josh at SS got to work and found a new replacement that he got delivered and installed the same day. Great job from him and the service technicians!

First- I showed up a day early for my appointment (accidentally) and they got me right in and it was no big deal at all. Second-they replaced my headlights so fast and all the staff -especially the manager inside were so welcoming and kind. It really was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car place and as a woman this means A LOT! I will return for all future car service!

While running some errands my car started making a tremendously loud noise by one of my rear tires. I took it to Service Street Auto Repair. Their staff is awesome. They put the car on one of their lifts. The service technician removed the tire and discovered the problem immediately. It was a pebble stuck in the brakes. He removed the pebble and saw no damage was done. I was relieved to learn the good news. They had me in and out within 30 minutes. I was especially surprised when the manager told me there was no charge for the work. They have earned my business going forward for all my cars.

They were able to get me in ahead of my schedule on stand by and got the car finished early. They showed me other things that could be done for better performance but did not push any services I did not request.
