I’m going to be honest. It was a little pricey but the service was quick and everyone was very kind to me. They ordered the battery and it came same day. Katie was extremely helpful answering all of my questions, breaking down the price and keeping in contact with me throughout the day.

My F-150 was due for front struts and I wanted to upgrade to a leveling, off-road performance option. Local off-road shops were more expensive and didn't offer the warranty that service does. 5 years and 50,000 miles is impressive. The truck is exactly how I wanted it and the staff stayed on top of communication and answering my questions throughout the project. I have moved all our cars over to Service Street.

Charles and team did a great helping me when my check engine light came on. Charles asked good questions to help diagnose the issue. He also called after the issue was resolved just to make sure I was not experiencing any further problems. I will definitely come to them for my next regular maintenance.
