It was fair. It took an hour. A bit long. They were not busy. They had a fair amount of cars. I believe they did a through evaluation but ran long. I appreciate the extra information the rep gave me regarding rims for my car.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Providence had my truck limp into their parking lot as they were closing. They showed genuine concern and diagnosed the problem right away. The problem was quickly solved and at a very fair price. They will be my go to choice for our other vehicles as well.

This was my first visit to a Service Street location. It was easy to make an appointment. Same day. I brought them my old, higher mileage car for an oil change and safety check. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. They explained clearly what they would do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. They kept their word.
