Extremely cordial and helpful in ordering and scheduling replacement of a tire. I know it was only one tire but they acted like I was spending thousands of dollars. Don’t see that kind of service anymore. Complertion of the replacement tire and communication of the pickup time was prompt. Will use or recommend to any friends in the future!

They are always amazingly friendly. They have learned to balance what my husband will want to do and what they should do and tell me every time. The staff is so kind and helpful. Mostly, they are the first place that hasn't ruined my skid plate because it is a pain! They take the time to do it right!

I did ask for some services to be performed being at my 95k mark that were not performed. I wanted them done due to a long trip that I am taking. When I asked the front desk about it I did not get an explanation as to why they were not performed and was told “oh yeah you’re going to want to get that done you should come back”. Time I’m available to come in is limited so a little irritated. I wish it was all done at once so I don’t have to worry or come back again. However all of my previous experiences have been positive.

I was asked if I wanted a rotation of my tires, I said sure. I was not told it was $20. I showed expecting to pay $29 for an oil change based upon the IG coupon… only to find out that I had to submit a rebate and wait 6-8 weeks for the Visa card… the coupon did mention rebate, but it didn’t mention mail in rebate. When I find out that I have a 7.2 quart capacity on my Volvo… and I was being charged for anything about 5 of quarts. It just feels like the whole social media thing is misleading…. I just left a bad feeling of doing business any longer with your company. Not to mention, I spent $450 a summer ago only to find out when I brought it back to have it looked at again that they were going to have to charge me for extraction of the coolant to try to trace the problem…. Just seems like every time I turn around I am being up charged or charged a different amount…. Again won’t be back.
