The Technicians at the shop are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. After getting pretty terrible service at 3 other shops, I am happy to have found Service Street in Castle Rock! My car is running tip top and I am confident in the service I receive at every appointment.

I brought my car for an oil change and it’s closer to where I live. Their customer service is excellent. They also call back if there are issues that arise so they can fix them. I am coming back for another service for my car again.

I am relatively new to the area and had an unfavorable experience with the local Firestone shop (the Indiana shop serviced me well for 30 years) so I am looking for a shop I can trust going forward. I am impressed by the attention I received today, both from Ed Theran and another whom I assume is the manager. Both instilled a level of confidence and honesty that I appreciate.

The staff was very friendly, they gave a thorough explanation of the repairs needed and pricing on tires. Great price due to special. They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment by request. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here
