Car wouldn't start. Had AAA drop the car off. Alternator was under warrenty; so no cost and little effort on our part after getting AAA out. Great, friendly, no-hassle service!

It was Friday and I was in from out of state when my fuel pump and sensor went out. I looked for a shop in the area that could get me in last minute before they closed for the weekend when I came upon Service Street which happened to be open on Saturdays. I called over to confirm they’d be able to get me in and spoke with Nicole she said yes they’d be able to help and they could get me in right away, to bring it in. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly when we arrived, Nicole helped us get checked in and gave us updates as they went along. They were able to get my car in and fixed within 24 hours and were very thorough with the work they did! They even got us Lyfts to and from our Airbnb which helped greatly as we were out of town and had no other ride. Thank you all so much I truly appreciate it!

The people who work there are very friendly and I trust them. They do good work. I will be using them for all my warranty work on all of my cars.

Uneventful routine oil change, exactly like it should be .

Nicole did a good job of listening to my concerns and was able to identify the problems I was experiencing with my brakes. I needed extensive work done but they were able to get it done by the end of the day. I appreciate the Lyft rides to and fro. She also gave me a coupon discount of $125. I appreciate the friendly staff who are not pushy or in a hurry. My car is running better and hopefully can handle the long road trip over mountain passes I will be taking soon.
