I've always receive excellence, when I arrive to the shop. Extraordinary professionalism is all I receive, which is one of the major things I missed when you guys moved from North Richland Hills to Plano. Hard to find a trust worthy mechanic's.

Another service company quoted me between five and $10,000 for some rework and after reviewing the issue, they were able to repair it for much less. I return here because of their honesty and good work. Highly recommend.

Took my car in after i hit a curb in a turn pretty hard. They took in the car, they offered a lyft ride home and said we’ll give you a call with the diagnosis, i think i waited 2 days for the diagnosis. Received a text with pictures of all the issues that totaled a little over $2,000. This was pricey but the sales pitch i got, and offering all these amenities, being sent pictures of the issues, all sold me on getting my repair done here. So, instead of shopping around for a cheaper price, i said, lets do it. Was expecting a great experience here from the start. They do their own financing which really helps with the cost, to spread it thru 90 days, interest free if paid within the 90 days. I get the call to pick up my car, another lyft ride and there i was. I drove off and quickly noticed two issues. One was a constant womp womp womp womp sound from the tires and Second, a scraping sound in the front right wheel. Went back again, had to wait in the back of the line and another 2 days later, as they’re closed Sundays, got a call saying it was a bad ball joint. no picture this time. i hesitated but said ok, lets fix it up, another $500 goes into this repair. and yet, another lyft ride home. Was called and told the car was ready. another lyft ride later, i was there, picked up my car. Drove off and immediately noticed, the exact same scraping sound i was hearing and brought it back in for. I turn around and one of the mechanics got in and heard it too. Turns out, it was just a loose piece of liner underneath the car that was causing the scrapping sound. So, im left with the impression that… they replaced a part, charged me $500 to fix a sound, that was caused by a loose piece of liner….They reassured me that the ball joint was bad, but i dont understand how they gave it back to me, with the exact same scraping sound that they determined was a bad ball joint, when it was just a flap of plastic! I left the car because it was pulling to the right. Another obvious miss of an issue before returning it to the customer. and yet another uber ride home. I was called and told they thoroughly checked everything and its ready to go. Again, another lyft ride. I arrived and eagerly picked up my car, only to drive off and immediately feel the car pulling to the right even more than before. To the point where to drive straight, i needed to turn my steering wheel slightly left. An obvious issue. Clearly they didn't do what they said over the phone and yet again, I needed to bring my car back. yet another lyft ride. yet another day missed doing errands. Was called and told that they switched the front wheels and now the car is pulling to the left and the fix was new tires. No way i was going to give this place any more of my money. i asked to move that tire to the back and was called an hour later saying it drives much much better. Go figure, a customer telling the mechanics what to do to offer a customer an opt out of spending more money. I understand the need for new tires, but to not give the customer ANY options or opportunity to feel like they’ve got the customer in mind, but rather, “lets get every penny out of the customer” mindset. And yet, another lyft ride. Picked up my car after they said its ready to go. I arrived and lo and behold, another issue that was so painfully obvious. The cars EFP and Auto Lock lights in the dash were on and orange. Which one should absolutely not drive with. I walked back inside, visibly upset and the man behind the counter was not in anyway, in-tune with what customer service means. He was completely unapologetic, stern face and repeating “that wasn't us” “we didn't do that” “we had nothing to do with that” and told me that the sensor was out and would cost $150 plus labor. But the most frustrating part is, yet again, being called and saying the car is ready with another issue they didnt bother to mention, diagnose or simply do anything about, lets just give it to the customer like this, we dont care. I walked away because in no way was i going to continue with this back and forth at this place. I cant help it to question their workmanship, attention to detail, care and integrity. Do not bring your car here. local doesnt mean better. do your research and find a reputable place that will take care of you and your care.
