Staff was great and very helpful. The work was completed with high quality. My only concern was pricing. My oil change and tire rotation was reasonable but my front brake pad replacement was $600. I think the higher cost was based on replacing Rotors which shouldn’t need to be replaced for a car with 62k miles. I didn’t question it at the time but in retrospect, I don’t think Rotors need to be replaced at the mileage. The team never asked me if I wanted new Rotors. Thank you.

Excellent service, communication and turnaround time

When I called to schedule my appointment the woman who I spoke with was very friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a cheerful way and kept informed throughout the whole process of my oil change. The entire experience at Service Street was exceptional and I'll be back in the future for sure!

Very honest and patient with people, like me and probably many, who don’t understand the intricacies of cars. Deanna took the time to explain all that was wrong with my older car but all the while understanding that I do not intend to keep it for long. She suggested the minimal services to keep me going. Her honesty and directness was very much appreciated and she at no time tried to take advantage of this car dumbo! Thank you and I’ll be returning to the Frisco Main St. location again.
