Said they would get the oil change done in 1 1/2 hours and did it in just over an hour.

Had unbalanced rear tires. They'd been that way since I did a seasonal tire swap in June or July, but i had a busy summer, took weeks to go fast enough to feel the imbalance at 65mph, and never brought the car back in until this October visit. There was supposedly a balancing done during the seasonal swap, and i was told that once a balance is complete, nothing should just imbalance the tires (you could hit a pot hole but that would also likely affect alignment, and i didn't hit a pot hole, and had no alignment issues). Ultimately the car was driven just 170 miles since my last visit, but since it was so long ago, I was responsible for paying the rebalancing. $40, no big deal, but i do wish there would have been more clarity of "car must be returned in ### time frame or ### miles for us to comp any issues with the work we previously did to it." I had been thinking "if we keep the mileage low, they'll take it back and fix it for free," but that ended up not being the case, and I should have prioritized getting the car back a week or two after the swap (if i would have even caught it by then).Similar thing happened when you fixed my manual transmission on my 2017 Mazda 3. There are still small cracks in the plastic around the shifter, but it is functional, and i didn't return it. At this point it's definitely been too long to ask about it or potentially get new, free parts put in. It's fine; cracked, but it shifts.Overall these are minor issues, and I'm pleased with the work SSAR has been doing on both me and my wife's cars for the 4 years we've been going. I'm not sure I could find a better shop, and the only way to ensure anything is done exactly the way you want it, is to do it yourself (which i don't have tools or make time for).

First experience was great.Second Not at all.Picked up my vehicle late the evening before the second visit was because I lost my brakes. Maybe not a big deal for some.I drive an H1 Hummer that weighs 10k.Just say can you even comprehend what it was like driving on the c470 when all of a sudden traffic stops and you can't was inches away from hitting the little car in front of me.Swerving to miss and down shifting an automatic and parking brake.Idling off the freeway and back to your shop.NOT something I would want to happen again. And the only thing you would do.. is give me a credit towards another visit.Alex the service advisor is a great guy.I'm holding off on my Google review to see how this plays out.You should have at least refunded the brake flush.

Manager was slow to own responsibility for inaccurate information. Plus I got home and noticed an extra tire in my truck bed. I called, and had to take it back to the store. Not even a thank you.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I appreciated that service street didn't text me with unneeded repairs or quotes. They were very straight forward and honest. 10/10

People were great, repairs TBD - some damage to a weather seal but otherwise work looks good.

Great experience. They’re always quick and thorough with great prices on oil change packages. Car is always clean afterwards. No issues except that I’d like them to reset the oil maintenance reminder as this is often missed.

The work on my car was completed on time and the cost was less than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The employees are professional and friendly willing to go the extra steps to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
