I had a great experience at the Maynardville Pike Location. Jerry was very helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing an issue with one of my company's service vehicles. Fast service and great pricing. Arrived prior to my scheduled appointment time, but was taken in early. My servicing was performed quickly and thoroughly.Staff were friendly and helpful.Only minor squawk I have is, most of the seating in the waiting area are stools that are uncomfortable.Otherwise, great service!!! I will be back!

I know Jerry and by far he is one of the excellent guy I know I was in about 29 minutes and out I’m glad he is working for a good company now
