Fast service and reasonable pricing. Too many places cut corners and add charges, Service Street dd not cut any corners, did not add any charges. They went the extra effort to order two different size parts because the situation made it impossible to know which was in the vehicle. They then just use the correct part and return the other. After 40+ years in Knoxville, this is the most honest auto center I have been to.

I brought my wife’s suburban in because it was having trouble starting. They got it in right away and quickly determined that is was a bad battery. Since the battery is only a few months old, the recommended that I get it covered under warranty by whoever I bought it from rather than trying to sell me another battery.
