Took too long

All the staff were great and very helpful. Very friendly and got my vehicle in and out quickly for the service. Definitely found a great shop!

I really appreciate how Sam took me out to my car to show me specifically what needed to be replaced (i.e. tire rods) for the next visit, as well as the picture and notes that were emailed to me. This helps me have both a visual understanding of the car and what needs to be repaired, as well as a record they I can refer to.

I called for an appointment for tires to get balanced. Was told 12:30. I waited an hour and a half and they still hadn’t pulled it into the garage. I’ve been going to this location for 11 years and often have enjoyed quality work and good service. Lately the service has been going downhill and this last visit was the worst. If that’s what I can expect going forward than they have lost a loyal customer.

Customer service was excellent

Brought my car in for a new battery and an oil change. The service was quick, the price was fair, and everyone was friendly. Chris, the manager, was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Jim and Shannon were great too!! Both were super nice and did a solid job. The waiting area and restrooms were nice and clean. I’ve definitely found my go to shop!

My experience with Service Street was very positive. They diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution that I thought was correct and reasonably priced.
