Informative. Knowledgeable. And Brittany really walked me through each step and kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. No high pressure to "up sale" but they let me know all my options. Best car repair experience ever.

Everyone I've met at the Northshore location has been amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, and doing quality work. I have several cars, and I'm always working on one of them, but I don't have all the time in the world. So, it's great to finally find a shop where I trust everyone when I bring one of them in for service. This is definitely my new regular shop!

Friendly and fast

Everyone was extremely friendly right from the get go. I loved that they walked my husband and I back to my car so we could see exactly what the problem was that they were talking about. I will be returning in the future for my service needs.
