I had to have my rack and pinion replaced because I ran over some road debris. I took my car to the only car repair shop I trust with my 2000 Honda CRV. After I picked up the car I noticed a vibration on the front passenger side, I called they said bring it back and when they looked the strut on the passenger side was in trouble. As anyone knows car repairs are not cheap, but Cole and the mechanic went above and beyond. They were able to put their heads together and tighten the strut up and hopefully it will last for a few weeks. Hopefully buying me a few weeks, if I am careful. NO MORE DEBRIS! Thank God for Cole, the mechanic and Service Service Auto Repair!

Im unhappy with the misinformation. When I questioned them the answer was dismissive and I was told 'it had to have happened at some point'

I returned after my oil panel/cover dropped from an oil change, as the clips are known to break. Thankfully I didn't drive with half the panel down and it wasn't too damaged. I believe it fell sometime overnight on Friday as I would've heard it while driving. I sent an email on Saturday night and I was called early and was left a message on my phone when they opened on Monday. They immediately sent out a tow when I called back around 7:45, and I picked up my car on Monday afternoon after they called again to say it's ready at noon. I doubt this situation was made from neglegience, but regardless of how the situation happened, it was rectified ASAP.
