Reliable for emissions testing. Oil change price seemed a little high. Staff polite and courteous. Might not hurt to get more than one estimate for work being done.

The mistake that was made is costing me $6500 when all I needed was an oil change. I’ve called up there twice to speak with the manager and he was very rude stating no one there would ever make this mistake, but I’ve only had one other oil change, and it was at Service Street and a third-party Mechanic has totally presumed responsibility to Service Street and the manager at the place where I got my oil change will not discuss this with me further on what steps need to happen. Dear Service Street,I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at Service Street.I want to begin by highlighting that Jeff is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a true asset to your company, and we have developed a great rapport over the years.However, I have had significant issues with Cole. On two separate occasions, he was disrespectful and condescending toward my daughter. Furthermore, he has repeatedly been dishonest about necessary repairs. Most recently, he claimed two tires had non-repairable nail damage and provided photos as proof. When I took the vehicle to Discount Tire for a second opinion, they confirmed there were no nails in either tire. This is the third time a situation like this has occurred.While Jeff has always managed to smooth things over in the past, Cole’s behavior during our last visit was the final straw. We have brought all of our vehicles to Service Street for years, but we can no longer tolerate being lied to or disrespected. Two places wouldn’t bend my wheel back after an accident. New wheel was $850. Service Street found someone who specializes in wheel repair and it was done in 2 days at a fraction of the cost. They also put the wheel back on for no charge.It’s like they sat around saying, “what if we were the one garage that actually looked out for their customers…”
