I was in for an oil change, filter & tire rotation. Nothing too technical. That said, the best deal is Service Street’s 5 oil change package. It covers all three vehicles we own and saves us money over getting 5 separate oil changes.

Helped ne by calling wrecker gir husbandsvtrucj! Then replacing batter and oil change! Dee (manager) was very friendly and helpful! Great service! Will return when needed! Have been there before!!!

So I encountered a problem. Part of the problem I created. Here is my side of the story. There was a delay in completing the service on my car… waiting for an air filter to be delivered.Finally, I went back to the bay where my car was and entered the bay. I saw the filter removed, it needed to be replaced, and a young man greeted me. I asked if he knew how long it would be before the new filter arrived? He indicated he would go check. I the left the bay. Out comes a service desk employee with a poor attitude. He goes off about the company getting sued. In a state of disbelief I responded,“Sure, I going to sue your ass” trying to make light of the situation. My bad my mistake. From the beginning of the encounter I was treated as a target/object with the employee now comfortable treating me with no respect/ courtesy. I took the abuse and went back to the waiting area. In all this excitement I never heard about the arrival of the filter.If I had not received this survey I would have let this go. Now I’ve had the opportunity to express my feeling about my recent visit… and I can let it go and feel good that I aired my experience.I will continue to be a faithful customer. Hope I will be welcomed.
