Everyone was kind, my service was a very reasonable price.

The initial inspection request showed a leak around the power steering pump. It was recommended I'd have it replaced. After a few days I noticed stains in my driveway and the power steering reservoir low on fluid. I took it back and was advised there some loose fittings and quality checks were done. My car was ready to go. After a few more days and more leaks under my car I took it in and was advised that the new pump had blown out the gasket in the rack and pinion and the entire unit needed to be replaced. They were able to find the part and complete the repair in less than six hours. All in all I was satisfied with the work but frustrated with the experience, having to get to bring my vehicle back multiple times, especially after I was told all the hoses and rack and pinion were in good shape after getting the powered steering pump replaced. I trusted this shop entirely for all my cars needs but that trust has slipped from this experience. Do I need to start searching for another mechanic? Maybe.

I came in with a dead battery problem. They showed me the diagnostic and gave me an estimate. I asked them if they could change my oil as well. I was in and out within an amazing amount of time! Very pleased.
