I brought the Jeep in for an oil change and waited for it to be done. They quoted about an hour to an hour and a half and they were done in about that time.

I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser which has 3 front windshield wipers. And this morning in the snowy weather the middle wiper only started to stop working. I went to Brakes Plus 4-5 hours to look at it. Advanced Auto right next door was closed with computer issues. So I drove across the street and stopped at Discount Tire to ask if they would help but only can replace the wiper blade. So I stopped at Service Street and explained the problem. They got it in within a matter of a few minutes. They said it simple and done and pulled it up to the front. They said in the colder weather they sometimes will have the bolt loosen up which is intentional so it won't burn out the motor. I went to pay and they said no charge because it was so simple. Not many people like this around anymore. Very impressive and good business.

Fast and great service. It is just hard to trust people these days with things. I don’t know how to tell who is telling the truth when it comes to vehicles. I bought my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in July of this year with only 33,000 miles on it. I would think car max would go over the vehicle and inspect it and fluids and all. Just hard to believe my transmission fluid is bad and needs changing and flushing. Also my coolant level being down and needing a flush. I would expect a place like car max making sure everything is ok before selling the vehicle.
