After two mechanics in N.M. failed to correct the problem with my signal going bad. I made a call to Street Auto and the nice receptionist said, bring it right in and we'll take care of you. I took in my F10 2011 Ford truck, after the wait. My bad signal and no brake lights were working, I had replaced the bulbs,socket and fuse myself..but after Street Auto diagnostic test,they figured it out. I was like,yayy..I am so greatfull to the amazing mechanics and staff at Street Auto,they so nice and very professional about their services, they do the work with expertise and smiles. Most contact with Hanson who helped coordinate service. Initially, telephone confirmation that able to evaluate check engine light basic no cost.. was able to get me in for Initially... determined need a diagnostic check engine pin pointing problem emission.. cost reasonable compare to my colleagues.. was able to have repaired 2 days later. But communicated part to ordered cost... and when Work completed..no surprises. Cost repair and diagnostic very reasonable
