Great communication, quick service, and gave me a heads up about my future plans for my car.

Requested at the service desk for the grease fittings to be greased on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe when the oil change was being done. I mentioned this was important to me and the service attendant put it on the work ticket and assured me it would be done. At various times (about 4 times) during my wait I mentioned the issue and more than one front desk attendant told me this would be done. When the oil change was completed, the vehicle was delivered to me for pick-up and I asked one last time if the suspension fittings had been greased. The attendant said NO, so I went back in to the service desk to discuss the matter. After discussing the issue with the technicians in the garage area, it was confirmed the suspension grease fittings (approx 8) had not been greased. The attendant returned the vehicle to the service area for greasing the fittings. Wrong diagnostic. Fixing the wrong problem and charged me over $2,400. Never fixed! Same exact vibration when brake. My car is back the very next day so they can diagnose again.

The oil filter is top mounted, so oil got spilled on lower frame guard which got dripped on our apartment garage floor, will return for future service & hopefully this will not happen again
