I am a returning customer and am always very happy with the service. My appointment is always scheduled, and the mechanics are on time and thorough. The men at the front desk are always kind and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate having a heads up regarding anticipated service so that I can plan and budget and the prices have always been reasonable. I'll be returning in the spring for an a/c check and transmission maintenance.

I’ve never been treated so poorly at auto place. I am so disappointed with how I was handled with my warranty and just my service off top. They did not balance my tires after patching my tires which I have a warranty on my tires there they did not do an alignment on my car after doing a rear differential. Charged me for the difference for my warranty, but did not even explain the charges to me the only good thing about the care that I got was from one of your reps, which was Jay was the only good thing about this situation. He handled me as well as he could, but the rest of the staff is horrible. your manager Kelly has a horrible attitude and acts like she is trying to take care of the customers but drops the ball Christian. He’s just nonchalant about everything really doesn’t know what’s going on and Frank has no good Customer service skills at all. he does not listen to the customer. He talks over the customer. He argues with the customer. He gives them false information about their car and we’ve witnessed this several times with this particular person. Jay was phenomenal. He took care of us and went the extra mile for us, but unfortunately got the blowback of it all because stuff was not explained when it came to charging us during a warranty for extra services that made no sense to be charged for in our particular situation. We consider it to be a scam for the amount of money that they charged us. I have warranties there, but I will never bring my car back to this particular place.

Frank was wonderful and kept me in the loop of what was going on. Missed Thomas as he has always been wonderful to work with in the past. Always treated well and work done to my satisfaction
