They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure that whatever the problem is, it's addressed during that visit, and, most importantly for me, they explain everything and itemize the final cost before they do anything. They have never 'fixed' a problem that I've had to have addressed again. They are honest, up front, and capable. I tell this to everyone I can.
