My car was stuck about 75 yards from your store at AutoZone. Initially, a gentleman behind the desk was not willing to help me get it down to Service Street, even if it was to coast down to a parking spot. Said they can only help me out if it gets pulled into one of their parking spots or a bay. Even though I was willing to have my car serviced at Service Street you never made and attempt to help us out.Luckily, Leonard was more than willing to follow my son and I back to the car parked in front of AutoZone. He offered detailed feedback and was patient enough until the car was able to get into a gear so I could coast down to Service Street where he and my son helped guide it into a parking spot. Leonard was terrific! The repairs were done first thing the next morning and the car is running perfectly! Please provide Leonard with huge praise! Thank you!!
