Professional, quality work

The man that greeted me was personable yet professional. Wrote up the ticket and dispatched it. The waiting room was neat and the temperature was just right. The inspection was quick and all handled professionally. I will be back.

Service Street examined my car and dug deep into the part needing replacement. Suggested that I would need to take the vehicle to the dealership. They could have charged me for the part and the diagnostic testing, but did not. Having spent an hour on testing and printing out all forms to take to the dealership still no charges. They also obtained a ride home from Lyft. I have never received such respect and honesty from any other business. Will definitely go back for any automotive concerns and will refer everyone to try them.

Cam in for state inspection, which was done promptly. Personnel were very polite and pleasant.

Went in for an oil change and upon doing a diagnostic found a few issues, went over each and explained and asked if I wanted any done.

Today was the first time that I have ever walked into a service repair shop and not made to feel like a dumb girl. Even though I was only getting state inspection, the workers (I think his name was Dakota) made me feel comfortable, valued, and respected. They did not pressure me into any other services or repairs. They were professional, kind, patient, and fast! I will always return to Service Street! THANK YOU for such a great experience!
