Markie was the absolute best:) while she is still learning she always was there to help with any questions. Gave us the tour and made us lock in our new home. Overall she was an angel

The apartment had few issues when I moved in - appliances broken, stains on kitchen island and bath tub, access code to lobby etc. Maintenance requests taking lot of time to fix it

Was not aware we needed to set up a Rocky mountain power account ahead of time. Was not aware we needed to provide our own router for internet ahead of time. These would have been nice things to know before we moved in so we didn't need to do a lot of scrambling the day of.

The only suggestion I have is maybe get another dolly or something else with wheels to helps residents who live further from the freight elevator move in. Other than that it was pretty seamless!
