I work late when I get home it's a challenge finding Parking...and sooo many times the gate code didn't work...what would work would be when renting you know how many vehicles the parking should be assigned at no extra cost..all amenities are NOT 24/7..your exercise equipment so always be working since it is 24/7 hours which the main one stair stepping has not been up to par since I have moved there....Maintenance should be on top of all working everyday for the price we pay for luxury living....I'm a pool lady when work permits me to have the time I do enjoy my pool time...Thank you for your time... please continue to enjoy your day

The roaches on this apartment is unbearable. Everytime they say wait 2 weeks before you see results. Never changes. The only time I see a dead roach is when I kill them myself. I should not have to pay monthly exterminator and plus purchase roach poison myself. I’m embarrassed to have company with roaches crawling on the walls. I’m not motivated to cook because you cook and roaches comes out on the stove. Turn lights on and roaches are scattering It’s exhausting.

The maintenance staff are very attentive and respectful, everything was perfect.
