As usual Marteen was very prompt in handling our request, in fact took care of it well before we expected. Great guy and takes his job very seriously.

Im having a great experience except for the extremely loud noise issue that my son & I experience every night with the neighbors above us. It starts around 8:45pm and lasts until after 11pm. Ive tried to get this resolved several times. I work in the mornings & my son has a brain injury & needs his rest as well. It has subsided some during the day some, but now its at night.

Maintenance is always on top of requests. In the two years since I moved to this apartment, the turnaround time has been 100%.

My issue is with the exterminator. He did a poor job of spraying as he only sprayed the floor in the kitchen, laundry area and bathroom under sink area. He did not enter the bedroom or living area at all. How is that an effective deterrent?

I said I was locked out when a thunderstorm was going on. I got no response for over 18 hours. Defeats the purpose of having maintenance on site at the apartments….

The maintenance staff are very hard workers
