I've enjoyed living here at the seville apt. My fashionable space, the clean environment, the regular maintenance of the pool, experienced professional staff at the office, the location to a wide variety of shopping, centrally located. I really couldn't ask for anything other except for more space.

There are issues with the access gates. Even the main access gate sometimes stays open for several days. This is not only an issue to fix it’s a safety issue as we trust our place is somehow safe and only residents have access. Also I had been hit by the exit gate twice and I thing it’s bad for your company to say you are not responsible for that. Maybe you can have a camera system where you can monitoring the access as a proof for an issue with these gates. Maybe you are going to answer me that it’s the standard on all apartments complex that the management or the ones company are not responsible but this is about making the difference. To be better than other complex. You can have a process to confirm there is an issue and the have proof of it and it there is a damage in a car fix it not just say call your insurance company. Those gates and fences are your property and we pay to live there comfortable and safe. Then my own gate hit my vehicle. That’s not acceptable.

First impressions matters and this apartment and associate didn't fail. The apartment was clean and presentable.

The tour was great , I'm really considering moving there by mid September . The price per month is 300$ more than I'd like to spend . Yet those are a attractive apartments .

It is annoying that I have to produced my social security card in order to continue my lease process. That is a document that No American Citizen carried in a daily basis. With the number is more that enough information for performed the background investigation.

Your organization needs to show some type of support for our men and women in uniform...it's sad that a disabled veteran could not even get part of the application fee or any other fee waved.

This complex is listed as a second chance complex but we were denied and weren’t given a reason. Our information somehow got misconstrued on our application. The manager did not take the time to call and speak to us regarding our application. We love the complex, hopefully we can reapply at a later time
