Lack of follow up and communication. Not one issue has been resolved that has been raised and there is no way to contact anyone for an update. There are several issues with the home including failing appliances and while the initial response was very prompt there has been absolutely no follow up. When we had an urgent issue with the home and called someone they were rude and not helpful. There is no means of contacting anyone via phone that is provided on the app.

I was left to answer some of my questions on my own regarding how I dispose of garbage/recycling and how I set up my PG&E bill. Otherwise, it was pretty good!
