I'm still waiting on my toilet repair

The sound on the bell still doesn’t work.

I thought things were not to my satisfaction at first(communication with management) but..they came and did what was needed to be done so..I'm satisfied..

It was pretty quiet and no one was hanging out on the front.

Service request was told to be after within 21 hours it took a week before anyone or anything was done and that was only after I called to find out a status updyon the pending work I requested. When maintenance finally came to do the work I wasn't made aware that they would be coming in my apartment that .day. I put in several maintenance requests only one has been fulfilled. I was told contractors for the rest of the work will have to be contacted. No one has gotten back with me on that. Poor customer service and communication
