First I signed a lease already from a former employee and was told I owe a balance because the lady gave me a different price. Don't see how that was fair or on me. Then one minute im getting charged a 12 dollar late fee and next month I go the same amount of days from paying g my rent and getting charged a 30 dollar late fee. Then we tell the office the issues we are having in the apartment and they forget to put the work order in and when it finally gets put in. They take forever to reach out. I dont need no one reaching out because no one is doing any thing.

Management is very unprofessional and they always have attitude when asked about the problem with my apartment my air conditioner is not working and I can't get a answer I would like to get my air conditioner fixed now because I'm paying to much to Pepco all I want is for my air conditioner to be back on

My son purchased a toilet seat and installed it as well. I canceled the repair by calling the leasing office. Nothing was done by the maintenance crew. I have been waiting over a year to have my bedroom door repaired which was broken by a maintenance repair person. Service is terrible. They check that repairs have been made when they haven’t even come out.

No one came completed my request at all. Since my apartment flooded in December I have been requesting for pest control to be sent because of the gnats and nothing has been done and it has gotten worse.
