The work for the door is not completed

My son purchased a toilet seat and installed it as well. I canceled the repair by calling the leasing office. Nothing was done by the maintenance crew. I have been waiting over a year to have my bedroom door repaired which was broken by a maintenance repair person. Service is terrible. They check that repairs have been made when they haven’t even come out.

No one came completed my request at all. Since my apartment flooded in December I have been requesting for pest control to be sent because of the gnats and nothing has been done and it has gotten worse.

I been without hot water for over a week?? Why am I getting a survey are y'all serious?? I'm boiling water on the stove to wash up..

Ms. Rhonda was great. She was friendly helpful and very professional

The work order wasn’t complete. My ac is still not working and filter hasn’t been changed.
