still no heat. Said I needed a new thermostat and one is not available. Wiil install one on Monday. Maintenance is lousy. I am 80 yrs old. Didn’t even offer me a heater. My son had to even point other plumbing leaks that needed repair.The maintenance person didn’t even have a key to themaintenance closet. No service at all. My disabled daughter and I still don’t have heat. Thank you.Again new leasing office personnel don’t do their jobs at all. They don’t care. I’m going to contact corporate.

The management team nasty the maintenance team doesn’t do their job. I feel like they doesn’t know what’s an emergency, and what’s not you have to wait months before someone comes and fix anything I don’t like it
