Good work

I moved in on June 11, 2025 refrigerator still leaking inside..food in freezer, freezer burns. It's 3 weeks today still waiting on a new refrigerator, I'm tired of calling

I have opened this ticket several times and every time it’s being marked as completed and no one has ever been to my home to do the work.

There was sludge from the clogged drained left behind on the hallway floor after completion of the service request

My air conditioner system was broken and is still broken. It’s been 81 degrees in the apartment. I was told that a part needed to be ordered, but I feel that the air should’ve been checked and repaired before I moved in. It’s very hot and uncomfortable making it very frustrating. I moved in on September 26th and it’s October 3rd and still no air conditioning and no communication.
