The service at Shipley Park is very bad.and the staff have a lot of attitude when ask about getting things done

They never finished the work and tell you they are waiting on anything I don't have a key to the l washer and dryer. And over all staff is not to bad. Just a lot attitude

still no heat. Said I needed a new thermostat and one is not available. Wiil install one on Monday. Maintenance is lousy. I am 80 yrs old. Didn’t even offer me a heater. My son had to even point other plumbing leaks that needed repair.The maintenance person didn’t even have a key to themaintenance closet. No service at all. My disabled daughter and I still don’t have heat. Thank you.Again new leasing office personnel don’t do their jobs at all. They don’t care. I’m going to contact corporate.
