I was only given $9000 for my car as trade-in, which is well under market value for the same. This, in turn, cost me a lot more money. I only agreed for convenience but I’m not happy about it.Excellent service. Our sales person was also super polite, kind, & knowledgeable.

She was straightforward, professional, and maintained great communication. The actual car-buying part of the experience was efficient and friendly.There are significant opportunities for improvement in transparency and the finance office. First, the Military Rebate was very difficult to navigate; the dealership did not offer clear direction or help apply it to the sale. I had to do all the legwork myself to ensure the benefit was applied. Additionally, I found that the warranty was priced nearly $1,000 higher here than at other local Mitsubishi dealers. Lastly, the finance department was slow to remit the $4,000 for voided products back to my bank, which caused unnecessary daily interest to accrue. I shouldn't have to fight to ensure a veteran's benefit is applied or to track down a refund that was voided at the dealership level.Kailee Heilman made the entire sales process incredibly smooth, transparent, and stress-free. She was straightforward and a genuine pleasure to work with. Even after the sale was complete, she went above and beyond to help me track down some administrative financing details and ensure everything was perfectly squared away. If you are going to Showcase Mitsubishi, I highly recommend asking for Kailee directly!The only area for improvement is the transparency of the Military Rebate program. It wasn't entirely clear which specific vehicles qualified without significant digging into the fine print. Providing a clear list of eligible VINs or models upfront would make the process much smoother for veterans.
