Communication was good up until I was leaving and moving out.

Feels unsafe to live here after the guys fighting with machetes and knocking over carports that STILL live here and together. The only office person that is a beauty to work with is the one who i can’t really describe because I don’t know her name, (i know there are 3, one of them i don’t know who they are never met them, the other is cool and the destiny girl is the one who i had an issue with on knocking, not announcing who they are and then barging in). Annoying that there are no formal announcements of people entering your unit via paper until they trip off your home alarm and get fined from the city because of it and unless if you call maintenance, they will not announce who they are until you step out the shower and tell you a inspection and upon checking the millions of emails, you still don’t know why they’re there?overall this place sucks and is getting worse.

I love my apartment it's so quiet around here nobody bothers you nobody talks to you when you're outside it's wonderful I love it

There’s always someone having to work on our building, my husband works nights and needs to sleep during the day and someone ALWAYS has to do something such as working or inspections, it’s very inconvenient!

I love living here, but the dog shit on property is vile. There is absolutely 1 side of the property that DOES NOT care about cleaning up after pets, and nothing is ever done about it. People think someone else is gonna pick it up for them. I walk my dog 3x each day around the complex and dog shit is always all over the side walk. Also, people think it's OK to leave their dogs on their balconies all day, barking at EVERYTHING. Neighbors are HIGHLY inconsiderate of other people living here.

I'm very grateful for my home here!

Fairfield has taken time to make changes around our apartment complex to improve its looks. I've lived here for a number of years off and on and this is the most amount of work I've seen done on this complex. Maintenance is wonderful, they care and it shows. You can feel it. The parking lot has been oiled and sealed and all lines repainted. Some of the concrete has been repaired too. More repairs are coming! Thank you Fairfield for investing in our community!
