Photos online are deceiving. Apartment looked run down and falling apart. The shutters were literally in the ground when we walked in and the floors inside and out in the hallway looked like they were going to give at any moment.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time here and the environment that Sienna brings to the complex. There’s not really any issues witj living here. Everything is communicated through email and paper upon changes and updated the office may have.

Buildings are falling apart, in need of major repair. Plumbing is a while different topic of chaos! Outside hiring for contractors are horrible, I have to take off every-time I have work done to make sure they don’t break and make huge messes of my apartment! Most of the time do not speak English, so there’s no communication! The only good thing is the office people are generally nicer than geysers staff as well as maintenance man seems to be doing everything to do more than a one person job.

Haven’t been happy with the pests nor the state of the apartment itself. I wish management was better at communicating via phone since I work during the hours they’re open. It’s fine for what we need right now.

It was Greystar before and fairfield just took over .... however the maintenence staff that did my walk through was very nice and obliged my spir of the moment early morning by chance meeting
