The person showing the apartment was professional and very positive and very knowledgeable despite looking a little bit green as a new employee possibly but definitely someone who did their job very well and made it a stressless then it could have been and made it a great experience finding me and my husband's new home thank you

No body call me back

No one ever answers the phone for questions. The apartment itself is great though.

I’ve been a resident since April 2021 and I’ve had quite a few issues since then in two different units. We are being rented a “renovated unit” and found that everything was spray painted to the extent that we found they painted over coins left by the previous tenant. There are many soft spots in the floor in which we fear someone could fall through at any moment. We also had a water leak back in July that ultimately exposed us to black mold. By the way, we are still missing a door to our utility closet and it’s been over three months. So, yes, I’m not very satisfied with the complex.
