Blood work was ordered. You performed but never sent it to the doctors that ordered. I had to get a copy and deliver after asking 3 times to have it sent to the requesting doctors. I made a nephrology appointment for 3 days after my mother was released. Your team canceled and scheduled it 3 weeks after that without checking with me. What a hassle I had get me original appointment back. Her orders from the hospital clearly stated heart patient but your staff never chose food that your menu clearly said not heart healthy. Soup, Mac and cheese, potato chips. She was not to drink plain water and that was also noted in her paperwork. She should have only been given juice. I even talked to staffing who acknowledged that her paperwork did say that and would have it corrected. It still made no difference. Your people were always kind and helpful but the overall management handling was troublesome.

My parents have been at your facility twice in the past year. Come back no different than when I left them. I can tell that they have eaten well and been cared for in general. Thank you.

My mom was here for over a month. John was very attentive to her needs. The therapists and CNAs are incredibly patient. It is a good place for folks during a not so great situation in their lofe

I was so encouraged to see the care and hope that was given to our older generation. I am 75 and for years have felt that our generation is disposable and unimportant. But in every part of the rehab I found smiling faces and care. The dinningroom is set up like a restaurant and the meal is not rushed. The Occupational and physical therapy and therapists are so helpful and I saw improvement in even the most incapable people. The unpleasant jobs of toileting were handled without any hint of unpleasantness. Thank You for caring for our loved ones. Also, John is a jewel. I think he was in station 2. I don't know his last name, but he was born in Togo.

Caring for hurt or sick elderly is a difficult job and requires a lot of patience from all of the staff. Thank you for all the wonderful care.
