I have never felt so uncared for, unsupported, and judged in any space. There was a total lack of bedside manner from the staff and Dr. Christensen. I was given no direction for after care except in a piece of paper, very little information was provided for the actual surgery, and I felt like a bother for asking questions. My stress levels were through the roof, and when asking for ways to help manage it the team completely ignored me. I would not recommend Sierra Foothills to anyone. I came a few years ago for a consultation and it was horrible, I came back here because it was the only place I could get a referral for and it was worse than last time (in hopes it may have been a rough day when I last came in, wanting to give a second chance), and Out of the three times I have been to the office, each time was progressively worse than the last. The front desk gave me more information about my surgery, expectations, and recovery than any of the medical staff.

Everyone deserves kudos for their kindness and dedication to their patients. They are the cream of the crop. Dr. Christiansen is a Gem with the best bedside manners. Don't change a thing! Super nice, helpful, professional people through the whole practice. They made every part of the process easy and worked around my schedule. The two related procedures I had done were so much easier to get through than I'd expected. Both with fast recovery. I couldn't have had better experiences.

There was no information provided about the pre op required. No one ever asked me if I had stopped taking my blood thinners or taken my antibiotics. If I had not done both of these would have the procedure gone forward or have to been postponed if someone did ask. In office service was very good, but someone needs to call the patient two or three days before the appointment to cover pre op requirements. This is essential!

Your office wss positive, energetic. Extremenly professional. Nurse and surgeon amazing. Very reasonable price for extraction. Would highly recommend this location was very close to my home.

Offer hot coffee/tea or water in the waiting room.
