We ordered a dresser early May to complete our bedroom set from silk and snow. It’s July 3rd and we still don’t have it. Communication has been terrible on shipping and delivery.

I originally purchased a bed frame and was told shipping would take about 1 week. After two and a half weeks I reached out to customer support only to find out one of my packages went missing. It took almost a month to receive the complete package. The company was not able to provide a clear and considerate timeline.

16 days after ordering our bed (in store), we have not received it and are getting run around answers about where it is.

Return process was fine. These products are not durable, though. They fall apart. The other day I used a darker sheet than normal and noticed the duvet cover is leaving pieces of itself on the bed.For how much it cost, I'm not happy.

If Kyle had provided basic product guidance, clearly explained available promotions, and treated me with the level of attention and professionalism I would expect when making a purchase of this size.

Putting together the frame was an absolute nightmare. No pre drilled holes. Screws that were too long and penetrated thru the storage drawer. Inaccurate delivery window. And the product was further reduced by $50 a couple days after we received it

Je n’ai recu pour le moment que la moitié de ma commande. Je n’ai aucune nouvelle de l’autre partie.Apres avoir du contacter moi-meme le service client j’ai appris qu’une partie ne me serais jamais livré et donc que j’aurais un remboursement ( grace a mon appel ) et pour le reste je suis toujours en attente. Lorsque j’ai commandé en debut de mois il etait indiqué un restock une semaine plus tard et que je serais prioritaire. Au final je ne suis absolument pas prioritaire, ils attendent de nouveau un restock et a ce jour ce n’est toujours pas envoyé ( alors qu’elle semble de nouveau en stock en ligne ) J’avais besoin d’une couette pour ma fille pour la fin du mois. Si j’avais su que vous ne respectiez pas les delais donné j’aurais ete ailleurs.Pour ameliorer mon experience j’aimerais recevoir mes articles ou au moins avoir un suivi

I wanted to visit the store to get the feel of the different types of bed sheets. The sales person was not very detailed. Just answered briefly. He did not explain the different textures. Also when doing color combos he was not helpful. I’ll do my shopping online.
