Acknowledge the product issue clearly and stop sending generic/template replies. The bed frame has a real design / quality problem, and I’ve had to repeat the same issue multiple times across chat, email, and form submissions!

Did not feel welcomed, lackluster service and product education. If not for the 5% In-store discount I’d rather have bought it online. The lady at the counter didn’t seem like she was happy to be there.

We had to approach the salesperson first as they were just standing there. Once engaged, they were very pleasant and helpful.

We were told we would have our couch in 9 business days. We made sure it was in stock with several employees. We ordered on March 1st and we were just told it is not going to be in stock until April 6th. Absolutely terrible. All you guys offered was 75$ back.

The email said 15% off sale. I decided to purchase an expensive pillow as I believed it was on sale. Turns out the pillow wasn’t on sale but that fact was not clear. Not happy with misleading ad.

Service and help in showroom was fine but delivery was totally screwed up. I waited for delivery but found later that delivery had been recorded as store pick-up. That was never the case. I even gave a delivery address.
