I ordered an Egyptian cotton sheet set. For the price, I was expecting something of a better quality than the Kirkland cotton sheets that I'm used to. Your set is not as soft as the Kirkland sheets.

The product that we received was great. We are liking sleeping on it. The experience was great until I received a request to do a survey 6 times between email and text.If I am going to do a survey and give a good review please look at whether spamming me is the best way to get the reviews that you desire.

Every time I come in a sales person is approaching me within 2 steps through the door. I find that to be very aggressive behaviour. Can’t I just come in and look? It feels like I have to justify my presence

I received no communication about delivery. I came home and the 3 packages containing the bed were left in front of my garage. Later that afternoon I received an email letting me know my bed would be delivered that day - too late it had already been delivered. Luckily it wasn’t stolen, and rain/snow that day only affected the boxes bed was in.In future, more proactive communication would be appreciated. Thx

The shopping experience was poor, especially with shipping and dates.Better visibility on shipping dates early on, notification emails when an item is shipped or delivered.
