The showroom was nice, staff were helpful. However when I returned home, I saw that the size of the product was incorrect. I came home with two king size pillowcases, and given that I purchased a queen size coverlet, that is a mismatch. I even chatted to the associate about this.

Delivery was ridiculous. I’ve been notified about the delivery only 4 minutes before it. The courier was rude and didn’t want to wait even 10 minutes

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the elastic on the fitted sheet.It’s barely there and it slips off the mattress every night.

I’ve already had this documented and have spoken to a supervisor about it but seeing as you sent the survey I thought I would dancer honestly. Your products are very nice beautiful quality, but your delivery practises are subpar. You are using couriers who are not equipped to carry the types of products that you are shipping they are not packing them correctly. They cannot carry them safely, for example they are carrying one box that says you need two people to carry it by themselves and I’ll literally bumping it up the street resulting in damage every box I received was damaged, broken open, and in two cases, the furniture inside was very badly damaged and had to be refunded.

Cheapest bed frame I have ever seen. The head board doesn’t even attach and the actual frame is wobbly once you sit on the bed. For the price I am mortified.
