Wanted just a fitted sheet, my last one developed a hole. Didn’t need the pillow cases or another set

Delivery notification was insufficient.

My experience with the employee was very positive, but I was disappointed by the store’s policy regarding bulk-order discounts. All but one item in my bundle were in stock, yet I was told I could not purchase the available items in-store and have only the missing item shipped without losing the discount. Instead, I had to have the entire order shipped. This process felt unnecessary and was frustrating, especially since most of the items were already available in the store.

Computer mixed up mailing address with billing address. Had to deal with FedEx to get my items. Computer system would not let me correct mixup.

Ordered them 3 weeks ago and still don't have them

Every time we tried to call the store, no one would ever answer. The mailbox was always full, and when asking staff certain questions, they were uneducated to know the answer.

You are very adept at selling your product. No problem accepting payment. Delivery, however, leaves a lot to be desired. We were informed it would take about a week. It took two weeks for UPS to notify us of delivery, but that was wrong too. We really have no idea when delivery will actually take place. Still waiting, and it’s been 15 days.

We are still waiting for the mattress to he delivered and have no indication of where it is. We were told in the store it would deliver in 1-9 days. It’s been 14 days.

My order was incorrect and I have reached out twice to the company with no response. Disappointed as I have ordered from them before and have been happy.
