We bought a dresser and 3 of the drawers were defective. We got a new one but were told that this replacement is a final sale. I sure hope that this one doesn’t break too.

I researched beds for 8 months. Finally decided with your organic mattress. Put the mattress in my frame , and you could see the mattress want square. The measurements were off. Now I’m having to wait for another mattress to be made specifically for me. But I ordered a stand kind mattress, and the mattress that came should never have passed quality control, it’s been a hassle and an inconvenience for me.

The ordering and delivery was fine but the dresser is damaged and while I filed a report, with photos, there has been no response.

Purchased February 16. Estimated delivery was February 26. That’s a pretty significant delay as it is when purchasing something untested by the user and placing some faith in the product vs going to a local mattress store. The mattress has not arrived. The sleep bundle arrived only today, March 3.

I had emailed customer service about this but I recently made a purchase for a bed frame, mattress, and some beddings. My first order was the bed frame, when it came, the ups driver had asked me to unload it myself. I am just a girl and it was super heavy. The box ended up being damaged. Secondly, I got the mattress but never got an order number, this one was in person… but I was not givin the sleep bundle that is offered online… I would’ve upgraded to the premium sleep bundle had I known. Not only that, but the mattress is heavy as it is, I don’t want to drive it back to return. But I might consider.

I had a really unfortunate time with your company. My bed was delivered damaged. I reported it instantly on February 5 a week later I hadn’t heard anything followed up was told. Yes I would get the product and now the end of the month I still have not gotten the fixed product. I’m extremely frustrated. I’ve reached out to your service and I keep getting told it’s coming and I have no shipping email confirmation yet.
