It being my first experience with Silk and Snow, I’m a little disappointed with the bed sheets I ordered. They felt great coming out of the package and thought they were just what I’ve been looking for. I had high hopes for cool, crisp and smooth feeling cotton sheets and pillow cases ( i have purchased such before at different departement stores), they “kind of”matched the first two ( cool/crisp) but lacked the last. The pillow cases feel quite prickly and uncomfortable on the face rather than smooth, and crisp.

Order was delayed about two weeks. I had to reach out in order to get it shipped and then it was shipped out the day of my complaint. My order was definitely just forgotten about.Use live agents rather than AI to handle customer complaints. Put your customer first and keep us in the loop when there’s a delay.

Update tracking better. Improvement on delivery systems.

The mattress seems fine. Just because I bought a product of yours does NOT give you the right to harass me with all this spam

Le manuel d’instructions n’était vraiment pas clair, nous sommes bons pour installer des meubles d’habitude, et ce lit était horrible à installer. Par contre, le lit est très joli et nous sommes contents du résultat final

Silk&Snow does not provide delivery service that notifies when they plan on delivery and the heavy mattress is left up to me to unpack and carry up to my bedroom.

I ordered an Egyptian cotton sheet set. For the price, I was expecting something of a better quality than the Kirkland cotton sheets that I'm used to. Your set is not as soft as the Kirkland sheets.

The product that we received was great. We are liking sleeping on it. The experience was great until I received a request to do a survey 6 times between email and text.If I am going to do a survey and give a good review please look at whether spamming me is the best way to get the reviews that you desire.

Every time I come in a sales person is approaching me within 2 steps through the door. I find that to be very aggressive behaviour. Can’t I just come in and look? It feels like I have to justify my presence

My duvet cover has a small snag in it.I want to purchase more for my other beds but am hesitant.
