The delivery partially arrived , still waiting for a piece

I knew when I ordered the product was on backorder. However, it was expected by now and I haven’t had a single update or literally any communication.

I’m really disappointed with the feel. I thought they’d be so soft. Do tbey get softer over time?

I went with this product for a number of reasons, such as: Canadian product, good quality wood, and interesting design, and a heavy weight because initially this will be for a newborn and I need it to be sturdy to avoid tipping. However this product already has scratches and the inside of the drawers had damage. I am not convinced that this is made with the high quality wood I initially suspected.

I have been dealing with this order since November, have been sent three incorrect boxes, received horrific response times, and had to deal with sending items back and forth to silk and snow. This experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a company.

I walked in to the store, there was a person on the phone the whole time I was there. I tried to get his attention but he just kept talking on the phone he couldn’t even say anything to me finally another person showed up from the back of the store and helped me. This wad a bad experience, the person on the phone wouldn’t even say a word to me or maybe call the person who was in the back to help me

Shipped way quicker than the lead time said - had to have it shipped back as I didn’t have access to my new place yet. Then it was shipped a week later after I was told it should and now I don’t know if I’ll be able to receive it before I go away for 2 weeks.

We were ver Happy with the ordering process and the prompt delivery. We love the product but we put the fitted sheet on three days ago for the first time and there is a hole in the fabric.
