Well, my pillows are on back order and yet I've already been charged, have received no updates and don't see a way to check the status. Wtf.

I received no communication about delivery. I came home and the 3 packages containing the bed were left in front of my garage. Later that afternoon I received an email letting me know my bed would be delivered that day - too late it had already been delivered. Luckily it wasn’t stolen, and rain/snow that day only affected the boxes bed was in.In future, more proactive communication would be appreciated. Thx

The shopping experience was poor, especially with shipping and dates.Better visibility on shipping dates early on, notification emails when an item is shipped or delivered.

The staff at the showroom were ok, we spent $7,000 there but one staff stayed behind the desk and one helped us till he showed a customer the face mask options of which she didn’t buy any but took ten minutes to decide.

I wasn’t given a tracking number for shipment or even confirmation that it was shipped. Then I got a call from FedEx saying they were trying to deliver it days before expected. I could not accept delivery as I wasn’t home. I had to rent a car and drive to depot to pick up a very heavy box. As a person with disabilities this was such an inconvenience. I called into your call centre and the girl was lovely but it took her forever to find the tracking info as well because on her end it showed not yet shipped

Acknowledge the product issue clearly and stop sending generic/template replies. The bed frame has a real design / quality problem, and I’ve had to repeat the same issue multiple times across chat, email, and form submissions!
