Im still waiting on the rest of the bedding package (pillow and duvet ) to arrive with no delivery date or tracking information. Haven't even gotten a chance to use the mattress because of it. I was told in the customer service chat it should be here at the end of last week. At this point I dont even know if it is coming and when to reach out to customer service to make sure.

Some fibres are releasing from towels when in use, even after wash. The delivery was smooth though.

I find the sheets' very cheap feeling. I paid a lot for the duvet cover and although we didn't wash it before my son used it there was a discoloration on it. I have one too, and i've never had that happen.

I bought sheets one time. As far as I knew, didn’t sign up for emails but got them anyway. Got annoyed enough that I unsubscribed and then I got this stupid text message asking me to rate my experience. I bought sheets one time and got more messages from this stupid store than I get from family members. Leave me alone!

Surprised by the quality of the linen compared to other linen bedding I have/have purchased.

Missing headboard piece from my order. I believe all boxes in my shipment was delivered however we recieved 2 headboard piece B and 2 extra pairs of slats. Headboard A was missing. I believe our order was packed incorrectly and it has created a great inconvenience.

The product is good but the delivery was awful. The delivery of the bed, the delivery guy just dropped in the snow at my front door and I asked him if he can just bring the second (and heavier) just inside my doorway and he said no and dropped it into the snow. The second delivery, for my night stands, they didn't even ring the door bell or knock on the door and left the nightstand boxes in the snow in the driveway, not even at the entrance.

I requested home delivery. I just checked tracking and it has been delivered to some parcel holding place.
