J’ai reçu l’ensemble sommeil très rapidement mais je suis encore en attente du matelas et ce malgré le fait qu’on m’avait indiqué qu’il était disponible et en stock. J’ai moi-même fait un suivi après une dizaine de jours. On m’a appris à ce moment que le matelas était en rupture de stock. On m’a ensuite indiqué que le restockage était prévu pour la semaine précédent mon appel…j’ai finalement reçu un courriel d’expédition deux jours plus tard. À ce jour, le paquet est toujours en transit et je n’ai aucune idée du moment où il sera reçu.

I was disappointed in the percale sheets

Your customer service is excellent. I’ve purchased Turkish towels from your company before and had no problems. This time the Turkish towels that I purchased and returned pilled. I bought another Turkish bath towel to see if it would be better material and it also pilled.

I’m not a huge fan of the towel fabric. It feels much thicker than a typical Turkish towel. Also, the borders of the towels immediately curled after the first wash

There is a piece of the bed (footboard) that is not compatible with the rest of the bed and does not attach. I submitted a warranty form and they have offered two options which are not solutions to the problem (receive another foot board that may not even be compatible with the bed or wait until July for the right one and only compensate us $70 for waiting 3 months for the right piece they could likely send right now if they took it from an existing bed set)

Robe was all frayed and itchy

My package as been shipped for over 10 days and i still don’t have any information about the shipping process/tracking or estimated delivery date.
