Brutal service as I waited 2 weeks with no update on my order even though my email said it was instock and ready to ship.

I purchased a firm Eco Soy pillow 1.5 years ago. Best pillow ever. I recently purchased a second. The firmness between my original and new is very noticeable. I returned it to the store. They gave me a replacement but it was no better. I contacted your customer service and after a number of emails they sent me another firm. I received it today and is exactly like the other two. You must have changed the firmness of the firm pillow. I’m extremely disappointed. My original firm Eco Soy pillow if far better than the others. There is no comparison. I’m afraid I’ll be searching for a new company.

Lost package and Silk and Snow basically said it’s not their issue and to check with FedEx… when did FedEx ever help anyone out?!

The delivery of the bed was left on our walkway . Not even on our porch or near the front door. The box being 140lbs i was not able to move the box onto our porch to get it in the door.

The ordering and delivery was 5 star.

I purchased a duvet which said it would be back in stock June 1st and it still has not shipped.

I didn’t received the mattress yet and I have no indication on when it will be delivered. I’m thinking of requesting a reimbursement. Will wait until tomorrow and I will proceed, your website gives wrong indication.

Delivery was good..but I felt the sheet set was poor quality for the priceExtremely wrinkled ..I had to turn up the steam and heat to iron the cases..
